Season 13’s All Star Game will be played during the Big H.O.M.I.E.S. 3rd Annual Ballin on the River event and will take place 5:00pm, August 26, 2023, at Festival Park in Downtown Portsmouth, VA.
Some of the league’s top players will be going head to head vs top players from Maryland’s, The Metcalf League, @metcalfleaguebasketball on Instagram.
The whole Ballin on the River event is from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Special performances, free food, free school supplies and more…. City basketball game, high school game, and VA Hoop League All Star Game. At least 50 vendors in attendance giving away school supplies, resources, and valuable information.
