*TEAM REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE PAID BY THE DEADLINE. A TEAM WILL NOT BE ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE UNLESS FEES ARE PAID IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Every player must have a numbered matching jersey or shirt. A player will not be able to play with out it. Read more…

1. Complete the Team Registration Form.
2. Pay the Team Registration Fee.
- Team Registration fees can be paid in person at The Simon Family JCC or over the phone by calling (757)321-2338.
- Fees can also be payed via a cashapp money request. We will coordinate with the team captain for this option.
