Teamlinkt Management System
We will be using Teamlinkt to help with managing the league. Teamlinkt will assist us with registration, waivers, scheduling and communication. Under Virginia Hoop League, each team will have their own page, that has quite a few features that you can utilize if you want. All players will be required to join a team via the Teamlinkt registration form.
Team Managers
All teams must have a team manager. This cannot be a player. Team managers need to be someone that will be dedicated to keeping the team organized with the league. They will be responsible for the roster and updates, jersey numbers, communicating league announcements or changes to your team and any other things related to team organization. The team manager will also be given team admin permissions to in the Teamlinkt app so the manager will need to be capable of using the app.
Full Uniforms
- All teams are required to have full matching uniforms (jerseys and shorts).
- If you have the same color as another team, you are required to have a second set uniforms/jerseys in a different color. The second set must be the same numbers as the first set so players can keep the same number.
- The team to complete registration first (be paid in full), will secure their uniform color. A team that registers after that team and wants the same color will have to have a second set of uniform/jerseys or change to an unused color.
- We will no longer be supplying temporary jerseys to use in the event that two teams have the same color.
Live Stream
Games will be streamed and available to watch live and later on-demand.
